McDonald’s In Tuscaloosa to Have Fresh Not Frozen Beef

I still remember my first Job while in high school working for this Hamburger Joint that specialized in fresh meat, they had a square patty and the meat would be prepared each morning. They could dominate the whole fresh thing because no one was doing it at that time.

Now as we spin forward to 2017, wow that was a long time ago. Fresh is king and now fast food is getting into the game in a Big way including your local Mc Donalds here in Tuscaloosa.

It's a move that appears aimed at taking on the quality movement sweeping fast food, McDonald's announced today that it will start making one of its signature hamburgers, the Quarter Pounder, with fresh beef patties.
