New Mexican Restaurant Coming To Skyland Boulevard

For those of you who enjoy authentic Mexican food as much as i do this will be music to your ears. So as i was headed to work today i noticed a sign in the vacant lot next to the Alabama One Credit Union on Skyland Blvd that said " Los Tarasco's" coming soon.

Being a lover of authentic Mexican food and knowing that a new Mexican restaurant will be only doors down from where i work makes me feel like a child on Christmas day.

I can't wait to go try some of my favorite Mexican dishes such as the chicken fajita quesadillas, chimichangas and of course chips and queso dip. So when your taste buds are in the mood for some good authentic Mexican food make sure you stop and check them out. Enjoy.
