Prince's EP, Deliverance has arrived.

Although Prince’s estate and Paisley Park has filed a federal lawsuit against sound engineer George Ian Boxill for control of the six Deliverance tracks on the EP, as of right now, the project is still available for purchase on his website. The EP is not, however, available on iTunes as of yet, only the lead single from the release, "Deliverance" is available for purchase. The full project will reportedly be available on iTunes and other music platforms on the one year anniversary of his death, Friday, April 21.

“I believe ‘Deliverance’ is a timely release with everything going on in the world today, and in light of the one-year anniversary of his passing,” Boxill said in a press release about the project. “I hope when people hear Prince singing these songs it will bring comfort to many … Prince once told me that he would go to bed every night thinking of ways to bypass major labels and get his music directly to the public. When considering how to release this important work, we decided to go independent because that’s what Prince would have wanted.”

Prince delivers inspiring lyrics over a an open, gospel-tinged track on the lead song, "Deliverance."

"This is not religion but common sense/it's time for you to get down, get down/get off the fence," he sings in his signature falsetto on the opening bars of the ballad.

Other songs on the standout EP include the guitar-stacked, "I Am," (an extended version of the song is included as well) and the funk-laced "No One Else" where Prince warns, "You give yourself to the unknown, that's when you forget/ drownin' in the sea of illusion, the reason the water is wet..."

You can purchase Deliverance for $6.99 here and watch a teaser clip for the project as well. Listen to the song "Deliverance" below.
