Multiple Fatalities and Injuries in Shooting at Oregon College

At least 10 people were killed and another 7 wounded at a shooting on Thursday at a community college in Roseburg, Oregon. According to msn.com a spokeswoman for the Douglas County Sheriff's department confirmed that there was a shooting at the Umpqua Community College campus in Roseburg. At least 20 others were believed injured as a result of the shooting.It reportedly began in the science building a moved to other classrooms.

The Douglas County Fire Department said in a tweet.

"Active shooter scene is code 4. Multiple casualties all pt's transported,"

The shooting took place around 10:40 a.m. PT. Umpqua Community College is in Roseburg, OR, an hour south of Eugene
