As with most of us, I always have trouble remembering when to set my clocks back an hour from Daylight Savings Time. Well I am here to help you as well as myself. The reason why we change clocks is right in its name — to help save daylight. In the United States, almost all states and territories turn their clocks back and forth, except for Arizona (aside from those in the Navajo Nation), Hawaii, The Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

Now that's out of the way. Make sure to turn your clocks back (So glad cell phones automatically update time) on Nov. 5 at 2 AM.

Armed with this info I hope that you will be stress free and worry free about when to change your clocks over and enjoy the 'extra' hour of sleep.
