James Spann, ABC 33/40, and Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa Chief Meteorologist said that “a decent part of the U.S. will experience the hottest weather of the summer this week as a strong upper high takes over."

Heat Advisory information has been updated 

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a “Heat Advisory.” This advisory impacts the following counties in West Alabama on Monday from 10 a.m. through Tuesday at 9 p.m.
