Women! Everything that makes us who we are is what will be displayed in Love, Loss, and What I Wore!

Based on the novel by Ilene Beckerman, Love, Loss, and What I Wore! was adapted for the stage by Nora and Delia Ephron and is being directed by Kiera Gillock and Dianna Brown Shaw. It is described as "monologues and ensemble pieces about women, clothes, and memories covering all the important subjects like mothers, prom dresses, buying bras, hating purses," and more. The cast is composed of some of Tuscaloosa's favorite actresses.

The play will run at Green Bar from October 2 through 6 at 7:30 p.m., and attendees must be at least 19 years old to enter.

The play is in support of Turning Point, a Tuscaloosa agency which offers support to women and children victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, as October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
