Former Alabama tight ends and special teams coach Jay Graham surprisingly resigned from his position in the program just days into spring practice. Graham's tenure was a short one as the coach was one of the newly hired coaches in this offseason, replacing Jeff Banks who held the same positions.
The Alabama Crimson Tide officially confirms the prior reports and names Jay Graham as its new special teams coordinator and tight ends coach. Graham comes to Tuscaloosa after coaching running backs for the University of Tennessee last season. Graham has spent time at several SEC schools including South Carolina, Texas A&M and Tennessee.
