Tense Hostage Situtation in Tuscaloosa

There was a tense Hostage situation this morning in T town at the Alabama Credit Union on Bryant Drive. You would think that it would be a nice quite day, a slow moving day after the loss at the National Championship game. But in these days we know normal just isn't normal anymore.

What was the motivation behind this, seems that it wasn't a robbery or anything like that. Needless to say it was standoff that took all of us by surprise throughout the morning.

The Mayor and Police chief had interviews with most of the TV outlets around town. The suspect eventually surrendered to police with no problems, but it was pretty intense and had everyone on edge.

Just found out the Hostage name is Cedric Lamar Collins ... Held 11 Hostages at bay all morning
