Cousins has had a great NBA career so far despite having some minor setbacks. Averaging almost 21 points per game and nearly 11 rebounds per game since entering the league in 2010 after being drafted by the Sacramento Kings.

The Rockets have had an emerging young big man in Christian Wood, who some believe is a big reason why both Cousins and the Houston Rockets mutually agreed to part ways.

Cousins saw the writing on the wall despite Woods going down with an injury and the Rockets losing their past eight games. Clearly, the Rockets have a lot of new faces ever since the blockbuster trade involving former Rocket star James Harden and the Brooklyn Nets.

Cousins, when healthy is a guy who can consistently give a team double-doubles almost every game. He would be an instant impact guy on a team who is a true championship contender.
