The Layaway Game Has Changed

For those who are super excited about certain stores having layaway for Christmas, you should probably be informed that layaway isn't what it used to be.

In preparation for Christmas, some items were placed on layaway for my daughter on 12/02.

You'd think putting it on layway this month would give at least until the week before Christmas to have it paid out, right? Nope.

A doggone week and two days. So, in other words, layaway is a glorified Hold. (And yes, I do have something of an attitude. LOL)
