Today Will Be Sunny

Weather Update for Wednesday, December 4, 2019

Tuscaloosa woke up to 32 degrees while some areas of Alabama were below freezing.  Regardless of the cold start, get ready for a pretty nice day!  Today you can expect sunny skies with calm winds and a high near 63.  Tonight, there will be mostly clear conditions with a low around 36.  Thursday will also bring sunny skies with a high near 65.  However, Thursday night clouds will increase to bring showers after midnight with a low near 45.  Friday is our first chance for the possibility of rain with an 80% chance of showers, and at this time, there is no severe weather risk.

Winter Storm Ezekiel Headlines

Weather.com reports that the storm lingered Tuesday “that had already dumped up to three feet of snow across parts of the Northeast.

According to PowerOutage.com, “Over 80,000 people in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania are still dealing with the loss of power.”

According to Flightaware.com, “more than 370 flights had been canceled as of 2:30 pm Tuesday.
