SHOCKING VIDEO: Some Alabamians Witness THE Craziest Gator Story Ever
Gators terrify me. Period.
Well, not always. When I was little, my dad took me to feed the gators (that's a story for another time). What is it about kids and not having any fear? Now, for me, it is a different story.

In this case, some folks from Alabama witnessed a super crazy gator situation. Like not the average, oh … this gator snuck up on us but this story is the wildest thing ever. I'm still in shock about it.
DC from 95.3 The Bear shared with me that his friend BJ told him the wildest gator story ever. We hear about gator attacks, eating farm life, heck even eating other gators.
Just look at this video, somewhat blurry but you get the point.
So back to the gator story ... get this ... it involves a snake.
But not just any kind of snake. “Researchers in the Florida Everglades recently found an intact, five-foot-long alligator inside a Burmese python,” said Outdoor Life.
A gator inside a snake? I would have been flatlined for sure!
BJ told DC said that he has seen “snakes eat a lot of things including chickens but never an entire gator.”
What is a Burmese Python?
To give you some perspective, “the average length of a male Burmese python is still pretty large, between 8 and 14 feet but can occasionally reach a length of 17 feet,” said Pet MD. Also, “Burmese pythons are also among the heaviest of the giant snakes. A 17–18-foot Burmese can achieve a weight of more than 200 pounds.”
OMG … what?
My parents let me live in South Florida with these crazy animals. It’s a wonder I’m still alive.

Rosie K Moore from Instagram explained that the “Burmese python is one of the largest snakes in the world (up to 20+ft). This particular Python was roughly 18 ft, and had consumed a 5ft alligator.”
Also, Moore mentioned that “Burmese pythons are required to be euthanized in Florida. This Python was euthanized by those who found it and turned over to a research lab for necropsy and scientific sample collection. That process is shown in this video.”
