Walmart Working to Improve

According to MSN Money, Wal-Mart U.S. CEO Greg Foran has identified eight problems the company needs to fix. "Open more registers" should be No. 1.

Unfortunately, that didn't make the list. Among the problems that did make the list are the following:

• Improve the shopping experience.
• Get the inventory right.
• Enhance the store layout and design.
