Which Vegetables Do You Like The Best Fresh, Frozen Or Canned

I am convinced that we can and will debate about anything anytime and anywhere.  I was doing some grocery shopping the other day and these women where having a conversation about frozen vegetables and canned vegetables versus fresh vegetables.

Which one is better for you was the gist of the conversation.  This is a debate that has been going on for as long as I can remember.  My family used to have the same debate.
