For the second time in two weeks, an argument between men leaves one dead and another in jail.

Last night around 8 p.m., Tuscaloosa Sheriff's Department responded to a call on South Rosser Rd. When they arrived to the scene, there was one man with a gunshot wound on the ground.

The victim, Richard Lee Rawlins, 34, was taken to DCH where he later died of his injuries.

While investigating, Homicide detectives discovered that Rawlins, went to the home of David Denton Hinton. Witnesses say Rawlins and Hinton began arguing outside before the shooting occurred.

Hinton is now charged with murder and is in the Tuscaloosa County jail on a $60,000 bond.

They are not sure what fueled the argument, but they do know yet another person is dead as a result.
