WTUG is Live at the Tuscaloosa Heart Walk

Though it's a dreary morning in Tuscaloosa, those looking to raise awareness of heart disease and stroke are turning out for the Tuscaloosa Heart Walk, presented by Cardiology Consultants.

Registration at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater begins at 8:00 a.m. with the walk starting at 9:00 a.m.

WTUG is at the Tuscaloosa Visitor Center, located at the River Walk in the same building as the Tuscaloosa River Market. (By the way, the farmers market is up and running this morning, as well.)

Heart disease and stroke count for a vast majority of death and other ailments. So, discovering methods of prevention and reversal are important. Any way WTUG may be of assistance in eradicating future diagnoses, we're all in.
