Do Anniston, Alabama Police Officers Have Ties To A Hate Group

Two Anniston, Alabama police officers have been placed on administrative leave and are being investigated for ties to the League of the South. This comes after the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) posted an article on its Hatewatch blog alleging their ties to the “neo confederate” hate group, the report says according to Al.com

Aziza Jackson a spokeswoman for the city she didn’t know whether the two officers are on paid or unpaid administrative leave.

According Al.com one of the officers told police officials during an interview expressed his belief in the League of the South.
