J.C. Penney And Kohls Sued For Deceiving Costumers

Everybody loves a good sale.  I usually don’t go shopping until I see a sale.  When I want something that I really don’t need, but just want I watch it, when it goes on sale I get it.

When we see those so called 20 to 50 percent off sales are we really getting a good deal?  Well everybody doesn’t think so. And now customers are fighting back.
