Monday Night Storms

Monday night at least 100 structures were damaged in Tuscaloosa County.  At least thirty-seven hundred people were without power. The tornado formed in southern Tuscaloosa and traveled through Cottondale.  Areas impacted the most include two mobile home parks, Golden Acres Estates and Taylorwood Estates. There has only been one fatality and one injury reported. The Salvation Army is providing help to those in the affected areas.
