Woman Charged With Leaving Children In Hot Car Does It Again

A woman that was charged with leaving her children in a hot car to go in Sam's turned herself in to authorities. The thing is when she did she left her kids in the hot car again. Obviously she didn't learn her lesson the first time and when police found out she was held with out bail according to Al.com.
