8-Year-Old Viciously Beat 1-Year Old To Death While Mother Was At A Night Club

Reading and reporting news like this story nauseates me. After reading the story I ask myself what adults would leave a 1-year old kid in the care of kids that are 2, 4, 6, 7, and 8 to go to a nightclub.

The mother if the dead 1 year old is charged with manslaughter.

Birmingham police spokesman Lt. Sean Edwards said. “It is believed that while the mother and friend were at the club, the 8-year viciously attacked the 1-year-old because the 1-year-old would not stop crying.” He also said. “The 1-year-old suffered from severe head trauma as well as major internal organ damage which ultimately led to her death.”

The boy whose name is being withheld is in the custody of the Department of Human Resources.
