Alabama Surpasses 6,000 COVID-19 Deaths
For those who don't think COVID-19 is real, for whatever reason, maybe this will show you differently. The state of Alabama has passed a not so good milestone.
It seems like every other day, we're hearing more news about COVID-19. Even worse, deaths from COVID seem to be hitting closer to home. According to the Alabama Department Of Public Health COVID-19 Data Dashboard, the state of Alabama has officially surpassed 6,000 COVID-19 deaths. The total number of COVID-19 cases in the state is just over 400,000.
According to the CDC, COVID-19 has claimed the lives of almost 400,000 people in America. Wow! There are people all over the country and in Alabama who argue that this virus isn't real. If these numbers don't seem to convenience you it's real, I don't know what will.
It's evident that this virus is very real and we have t do what we can to protect ourselves and our families. We must continue to wear our masks, social distance, and frequently wash our hands.
If you suspect you may be sick, stay home or go get tested to be sure. The worst thing we can do is continue to spread the virus, especially when we don't know we're infected. It's better to be safe than sorry even if it turns out to be the common cold.
With the number of COVID-19 cases still climbing in Alabama, we're certain it won't just go away in the coming days. Protect yourself and your family the best way you can.
