Want Some Of The Best Wings...Here's How

In my daily cooking experience wings are the show-stopper. Here is my recipe for those 'show-stopping' wings. First use fresh(if at all possible) whole chicken wings. Cut wings at joint sections

Then fry in deep fryer(usually works best) at 350-375 degrees for 8-10 minutes depending on how many wings you are frying. While wings are cooking put 1/2 cup brown sugar in a bowl,

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar

then add 1/3 cup Louisiana Red Dot Hot Sauce( my favorite) or 1/3 cup of your favorite hot sauce and blend well.

For even spicier wings add cayenne pepper. Take wings out of fryer, let drain then add to bowl with sauce mixture.

Toss to coat evenly then enjoy.
