Enjoy Great Music at Tuscaloosa's Live at The Plaza Concert Series 

It's the summertime and if you're looking to get out of the house, this is the perfect event for you and the family. The city of Tuscaloosa's Live At The Plaza concert series is back!

Friday, June 4, 2021, the City of Tuscaloosa will kick off its free live music concert series in Government Plaza. These are family-friendly events for all to enjoy. After the kind of year we had in 2020, it's no doubt that things like this are missed in Tuscaloosa.

The City of Tuscaloosa will have a total of 9 summer concerts featuring a lot of great acts. The schedule was released in an official press release.

AL – The City of Tuscaloosa’s Live at the Plaza summer concert series returns this Friday, June 4, from 6 to 9 p.m. in Government Plaza. Kemistry and Sonik Jones will be performing.

The Live at the Plaza summer concert series presented by Coca-Cola and Alabama Credit Union features free live music every Friday in June and July. The event is family-friendly, and free parking is available in the adjacent Intermodal Facility Parking Deck.

The lineup for this summer's concerts will be:

  • June 4: Kemistry, Sonik Jones

  • June 11: Jus Gruv Entertainment, The B-Sides

  • June 18: Algorhythm, Casey Thrasher

  • June 25: Keith "Cashmere" Williams, Justin Oliver

  • July 2: The Powell Brothers, Measures of Loud

  • July 9: The Locals, The M-80s

  • July 16: Stonegrey, One Wild Sunday

  • July 23: Ula - A Tribute to Jimmy Buffett, Amanda Shaw

  • July 30: The Locked Band, The Jous Band
