February Is Black ‘Our’story Month

With this month being what it is to so many of us I must ask, 'What is your part in our story' not 'his'story? We are now in a time many thought would never come.We have an African-American President for 2 terms.

We enjoy(sometimes abuse) freedoms that our parents and grandparents never could have imagined.

We have more of Americans(that don't normally celebrate) celebrating and in some cases embracing this month-long journey to understanding our past.

In parting....'Tomorrow's Black History is our Present' and what can each one of us do to make sure 'Our'story will be a positive contribution to Black History in the future?
