Homeless Man Threatens To Kill President Obama With A Slingshot

A man in Wisconsin is facing up to 10 years in prison for threatening to kill President Obama with a slingshot. He must think he is David!

Brian Dutcher a homeless 55-year-old was convicted last week of threatening the president on Facebook and to a guard at a local library.

When he was arrested the only weapon he possessed was a slingshot.

On Facebook he wrote "That's it! Thursday I will be in La Crosse. Hopefully I will get a clear shot at the pretend president. Killing him is our CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY!"

Dutcher arrived in La Crosse Wisconsin July 1 where the President was set to appear July 2. Dutcher allegedly told a guard at a public library that "The usurper is here, and if I get a chance, I'll take him out and I'll take the shot." He confirmed the statements later in an interview with the Secret Service.
