Is This The ‘Wild West’ Or West Alabama?

I just had to ask, is this the 'Wild West' or West Alabama? Over the weekend there were reports of four people being shot Saturday night in a span of three hours.Two of the shooting happened in University Manor, one on 19th street and one on 33rd Ave.

According to police reports all the incidents happened after various groups of young men got into arguments. All victims survived and were taken to local hospital.

Why is it that our young people feel they have to pull a gun when they have an argument?

Do they value life so little that they think this will solve the problem?

Where do they keep getting all the guns used to commit these crimes? What can we as a community do to stop this senseless violence in our community? I'm just asking....
