Star sophomore guard Labaron Philon Jr. led the way for Alabama, earning All-SEC First-Team honors. Junior guard Aden Holloway earned All-SEC Third-Team honors, with freshman forward Amari Allen earning Freshman All-SEC honors, according to a release from the University of Alabama.
Philon, a sophomore from Mobile, Alabama, becomes the sixth player in the last seven years to earn First-Team All-SEC honors under Alabama men's basketball head coach Nate Oats, averaging 21.5 points, 4.8 assists, and 3.2 rebounds per game while shooting 50.7% from the floor and 38.9% from three-point range.
