Who Earned The Top Prize At Tuscaloosa Chili Cookoff?
It was the 18th annual Great Tuscaloosa Chili Cookoff, and everyone wanted to grab that Grand Champion trophy.

Some like it hot, others like it a little bit sweeter, but this year's competition was very intense.
Once again, dozens of chili-cooking teams from West Alabama competed for bragging rights the next year.
Each year, judges award prizes based on creativity, people's choice, and other chili categories.
So, who is this year's chili cookoff Grand Champion?
The final results came down like this in 2026:
The overall Grand Champion was Bryant Bank and their "Serious Chili Situation" team.
In second place, it was "Limp Bizkit," the team put together by Alabama Ag Credit.
And this year in third place, The Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office and their "The Posse" team.
Holt Ironmen, Northport Firefighters, and the Mortgage Minions from First Federal Bank were finalists and deserving of an honorable mention.
The Creative Award went to Bill Tate Best Booth from the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office.
The People's Choice Award went to "Legends of the Chili Trail" from Capstone Village.
The Showmanship Award goes to "Love At First Bite" from OLLI, and the award for Best Costume went to "Don't Tread On Me Chili" from Sons of the American Revolution.
