Black History Month serves as a powerful reminder that the success and sustainability of our nation are deeply rooted in the innovation, resilience, and courage of Black Americans who came before us. For me, as a proud Black woman, it’s a time to honor their sacrifices and to reaffirm my responsibility to create meaningful change in my community, this nation, and the world. Their legacy inspires me to take action and make an impact.- Arlisa Strong
