Sublime & Yelawolf Bringing Reggae, Rap & Rock to Tuscaloosa This Summer
Reggae, rap and punk rock are coming to Tuscaloosa late this summer when Sublime headlines a show at the Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater supported by Yelawolf and the Codefendants.
The venue announced the show on Tuesday morning, rounding out a 2026 schedule that seems more focused than ever on drawing younger audiences to downtown Tuscaloosa.
The show will kick off at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 18th, and tickets go on sale this Friday morning.

Sublime's reggae-punk sound dominated the charts in the late '90s, with hits including "What I Got," "Santeria" and "Doin' Time."
The September show comes after the band announced their own touring music festival, Sublime Me Gusta.
"This new event marks the beginning of a national festival series built around the timeless sound, spirit, and cultural impact of Sublime," the Amp said in their concert announcement.
Sublime will be supported by Alabama rapper Yelawolf, a Gadsden native who rose to prominence in the 2000s.
Tickets for the Tuscaloosa show will go on sale this Friday, at Ticketmaster or at the Amphitheater's website here.
