
Tuscaloosa Task Force Arrests 13 Accused of Seeking to Exploit Children Online
A human trafficking task force in Tuscaloosa made more than a dozen arrests this week as part of an undercover sting to catch digital child predators.
Stephanie Taylor, a spokesperson for the Tuscaloosa Police Department, shared information from the Tuscaloosa INTERCEPT Task Force, formerly known as the West Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force.

The unit ran an undercover operation during which agents posed as juveniles on the internet. The suspects charged are accused of communicating with the "children" and arranging to meet them for sex.
The operation included the TPD, Northport Police, Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s deputies, University of Alabama Police, the FBI, Homeland Security Investigations, the Hoover Police Department, Tuscaloosa Fire & Rescue, the University of Alabama Institute of Data Analytics, the Tuscaloosa Cyber Intelligence Unit and Trafficking Hope.
The following individuals were arrested:
Corry Duncan, charged with first-degree human trafficking and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
Saman Ezdpanah, charged with first-degree human trafficking and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
Levi Quinones, charged with first-degree human trafficking and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
Eric Layton, charged with first-degree human trafficking and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
Jordan Washington, charged with first-degree human trafficking and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
Jacob Hernandez, charged with first-degree human trafficking and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
Tonarius Brown, charged with electronic solicitation of a child and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act
Thomas Doughty, charged with first-degree human trafficking and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
Martin Macuixtle-Cuevas, charged with first-degree human trafficking and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
Erick Salguero, charged with electronic solicitation of a child, transmitting obscene material to a child and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
Vincent Roberson, charged with electronic solicitation of a child, traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act and first-degree possession of marijuana.
Jonathan Griffith, charged with electronic solicitation of a child, and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
Willie Robinson, charged with electronic solicitation of a child and traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
