A former Locklear Dodge dealership employee was arrested and charged of trafficking stolen identities on Wednesday.

Allen Daniel Bentley, 53, of Tuscaloosa was arrested after admitting to police he sold names and information to three men. Those same three men went to Wireless Advantage and three women sold them phones under the information they received from Bentley. The women who are no longer working at Wireless Advantage were arrested a couple of weeks ago. The three men however, have not been arrested and little is known about them.

The stolen identity ring was busted after the manager of Wireless Advantage began getting suspicious of the women who worked for him. He then did his own investigation and alerted authorities.

Bentley was released on a $35,000 bond on Wednesday.
