It's that time of year again the dreaded Daylight Saving Time. This Saturday evening before you head to bed, make sure you set your clocks an hour forward. On Sunday morning you'll awake anxiously wanting more sleep.

You'll probably have a hard time adjusting to the clocks until they go back again in November. However, you can get an early adjustment start, by waking up an hour before you have to be up leading up to Daylight Saving Time.

I'm not quite sure why we and 70 billion other people in the universe follow Daylight Saving Time, but it's traced back to the days of Benjamin Franklin, he tried to figure out a way to use less candles (which we don't use anymore). There's only two states that don't participate in the time changes, and that's Arizona and Hawaii (lucky them).

Happy Daylight Saving!!!
