National Drink Wine Day: Here’s Your List of 15 Alabama Wineries and Vineyards
Today is National Drink Wine Day!!!
We’ve all been told that a marginal amount of red wine is good for heart health. But if you’d like to take it a step further and help your local economy while also protecting your heart, here is a list of Alabama wineries and vineyards:
- Bryant Vineyard
- Cat-n-Bird Winery
- Fruithurst Winery
- Hidden Meadow Vineyard and Winery
- High Country Cellars
- Hodges Vineyards & Winery
- Jules J. Berta Vineyards
- Maraella Winery
- Morgan Creek Vineyard
- Ozan Vineyard & Cellars
- Perdido Vineyards
- Vizzini Farms & Winery
- Whippoorwill Vineyards
- White Oak Vineyards
- Wills Creek Vineyards
Let’s face it: nobody wants to buy a whole bottle (or even a full glass) of something she might not like; and because wines taste different, it’s a good idea to participate in at least one wine tasting.
I can honestly say that I love a grape juice-like wine. One of my favorites is the blueberry wine by Morgan Creek (not to be confused with blackberry by Mogen David).
Are there any wines you prefer? What makes it/them different from others?
