Register Now for the Tuscaloosa March of Dimes Walk
The March of Dimes is an amazing organization that assists in the fight for the health of all moms and babies. It’s all about healthy families. Being involved with the March of Dimes, I found out that they boast an 80 year legacy of impact. The March of Dimes and its programs supply education and advocacy for mothers. Now that’s what I call empowerment.
“Every year in the U.S., approximately 380,000 babies are born too soon.”
The Tuscaloosa March of Dimes is hosting the “March for Babies: A Mother of a Movement” Virtual Walk this Saturday, May 22, 2021, at 10 am. You still have plenty of time to register to help raise funds and awareness.
I’m super excited because I will be your virtual host for the event this year. Their goal is $65,000, and they are closing in on $40,000.Click here for more information, to join a team, or start a team.
Why is it important to play a part in March for Babies? In essence, “you’re lifting up communities for health equity, opening the door for all moms to have access to care and protecting the health of families by pushing for their rights. It’s no small feat—it’s a mother of a movement!”
I look forward to seeing you virtually this Saturday, May 22, 2021, at 10 am. Lace-up and get ready to walk with me to help support the March of Dimes as we March for Babies in 2021. There will be lots of fun, important information, and stories from wonderful March of Dime families.
