Severe Storms Likely Tomorrow, Wednesday Night

Storms are in the forecast this week, along with the chance for severe weather here in West Alabama. 

The National Weather Service in Birmingham predicts two rounds of severe storms, the first of which will impact our area tomorrow afternoon and into the evening hours.

Round two is expected to impact our listening area Wednesday afternoon and into the evening hours. We'll have more precise details on the timing of these severe weather events as the forecast continues to develop.

Threats from these rounds of storms include damaging winds of up to 60 MPH, large hail, and isolated tornadoes.
