Shawndrell Talks with Jade Nicole about Netflix Placement and Upcoming Birmingham Performance
We all believe we can become anything we're willing to work towards, and when Birmingham native Shawndrell decided to enter the music industry, she put the work behind her dream until it became a reality. Her music was even picked up by Spike Lee for his Netflix original series, She's Gotta Have It.
In conversation with Jade Nicole, Shawndrell spoke of her church background, how her song "Save Yourself" was one of her least favorites but ended up being chosen for the Netflix series, and how fans may get her music.
