T.I. is going to show you how to hustle with his new TV show. The Atlanta rapper will launch a new reality business-competition series called The Grand Hustle on BET.

Set to premiere in July, the 12-episode series will feature 16 business-savvy men and women competing for a prestigious six-figure job within Tip’s Grand Hustle organization. The show will take place in Atlanta and the players will have to use their street smarts and business knowledge to further advance in the show. Ultimately, the winner of the competition will be crowned the Grand Hustler.

“The Grand Hustle Empire is always expanding so therefore we needed to add a very talented, highly skilled executive to our team,” said Harris in a press release. “It doesn’t matter if you got your hustle at Harvard or the hood, 'The Grand Hustle' is about how you handle business and what you can do for the brand so I wanted to create a show that offers an equal playing field.”

Executive producer Brian Sher concurs and feels that T.I. is the perfect host for the show. He says the show will inspire others to get their hustle on and start their own businesses.

“Tip is one of the smartest, most impressive businessmen I have ever met,” he said. “His business acumen is second to none, and his entrepreneurial spirit is unmatched. I’m excited for the world to get a window into how Tip thinks and operates."

The Grand Hustle competition series is set to heat up the summer beginning July 19 at 10PM ET on BET.
