At his annual Nick's Kids luncheon, Nick Saban showed his support the voice of the Crimson Tide, Eli Gold.

One of the newest members of the NBA's G League the Birmingham Squadron introduced its two coaches as well as announced that Alabama Sports Hall of Fame broadcaster Eli Gold will be the "Official Voice of the Birmingham Squadron".
