What comes to mind when you read those words? If kidnapping and sex trading are your only thoughts, you probably have a lot to learn.
Luckily, the West Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force is working to educate families on human trafficking, exactly what it is, how to identify the signs, and more.
Courses on April 23 and 30 will be held at the Northport City Hall from 6 pm to 8 pm. The first class is for parents and guardians only. The second is primarily for children. However, parents are encouraged to attend.
