Here's a scenario for you.  You go to college for four years, you pay for them though student loans.  Finally, you graduate with a ton of debt.  The first thing you do is find a job to keep your parents off of your back.

So you've been on your job for two weeks and you're excited because today is payday!! You get to work, all smiles.  Then, you get your check, you look and it's not what you thought it should have been.  You look at the deductions and see student loan repayment!

You didn't agree to it or anything!!  Would you be mad??  Well, get ready, that could possibly be a reality if this republican Senator has his way!

Lamar Alexander, who chairs the Senate’s Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee has proposed that Student loan payments would be automatically deducted from your paycheck.  However, the payment plans depends on the borrower’s income, with payments at no more than 10 percent of your check.
