Today is Chick-fil-A’s 14th annual Cow Appreciation Day!
Today the nation's favorite fast-food restaurant, Chick-fil-A plans to give away free chicken and more for the chain's annual Cow Appreciation Day.
According to company estimates, 1.8 million people participated in last year's event. I think I'm going to visit the Chick Fil A on Old Greenboro Road to see how many of y'all are going to dress up!
You don't have to dress from head to toe in a complete costume, however, cow accessories count and children get a free kid’s meal for dressing up and adults that are in cow attire have the choice of nearly every entree on the Chick-fil-A menu except for salads.
Cow Appreciation Day begins when restaurants open Tuesday morning and continues until 7 p.m. For locations serving breakfast, options include the Egg White Grill, Chicken, Egg and Cheese Bagel and Chick-n-Minis.
For lunch and dinner, choose from the classic Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Deluxe Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap, other sandwiches, Chick-n-Strips and nuggets.
Chick-fil-A is Georgia-based, is now doing an $8 billion a year business, and doing it while closed on Sundays!
