Detectives are investigating the death of a 3-year-old boy who was found with a gunshot wound to the head.Police say the boy was found in a bedroom and family members told investigators that he discovered a shotgun and accidentally shot himself. Authorities say adults and other children were in the home at the time.

This is so sad, but in light of that I must ask, Where did he get the shotgun?

How does a 3-year-old shot himself in the head with a shotgun?

Who in their right mind keeps a loaded shotgun in the house where children can get to it?

Why was he unsupervised at home with adults and other family at home?

And finally, How did a toddler manage to reach the trigger and still shoot himself in the head?

I firmly believe in our rights to bear arms, but wee must do it in a way where things like this don't happen.
