Tyrese Might Represent Himself in Court Tomorrow

According to Page Six, unless Tyrese finds a new attorney ASAP, he'll be representing himself in court on Tuesday.

Tyrese’s lawyer, Terry Levich Ross, is no longer representing him after Ross filed for a substitution of attorney. Although a "source" says Tyrese will likely show up with a new attorney, if not, he'll be representing himself in court.

Tyrese's ex wife Norma Gibson is seeking a permanent restraining order against him, claiming in that he beat their 10-year-old daughter Shayla. Tyrese hasn't been handling the court proceedings well, filming a string of emotional, strange videos and posting them on Instagram. He recently blamed his strange behavior on a prescription drug called Rexult, which he'd been taking to treat his depression.

"Because of this high stress and very traumatic experience I was advised then ultimately connected with multiple therapist and psychiatrist I had a few private meetings and this particular drug that was suggested although maybe helpful to others had an adverse effect on me and this is the reason I had a complete meltdown online," he wrote in another IG post a couple of days ago. "I’m in the clear now, this is being flushed out of my system and I’m already to get back at 100%. Please don’t chalk this up as “oversharing” a lot of people were effected by what these meds did to me over these last 2 months and this is my public apology."

The investigation into allegations of child abuse have been dropped but Tyrese is accused of skipping court-approved visits with his daughter.

We'll have to see if Tyrese finds another lawyer in time for court on Tuesday.
