For those who've lost their voting rights as a result of felony convictions and those interested in helping them regain their rights to vote, help is available.

A voter restoration seminar will be held at the McDonald Hughes Center on Thursday, April 18 from 6 pm to 8 pm.

Some erroneously believe that once disenfranchised, their voices cannot be heard; or if they are, their votes cannot be counted. This may be true for a period, but rights may be regained. Information will be shared, and assistance offered at the session this Thursday.
