What Is That by the Moon?

I'm on my way back to Tuscaloosa from Aliceville, and my aunt just shouted, "What is that!?!?"

I asked what she was talking about, and she asked if we (my mom and I) could see the line by the moon. We pulled over to take pictures of it.

But after taking pictures of that line, we noticed two lines going across the sky, one black and one white.

Anyone else see it? What is that?
