Young Tuscaloosa Firefighter Fights Covid-19 At DCH

A Tuscaloosa fireman/paramedic is battling Covid-19 in the DCH intensive care unit.

Chais Billings is on oxygen and getting Remdesivir treatments.

Chais’ wife Amanda says it is hard not being with him at the hospital.

The family is keeping folks updated on Facebook. Chais’ mom, Renee, says community, fire family, and military family support has meant so much. A raffle was created to assist the family.
