A Denver Police Officer Uses Excessive Force With A Female [VIDEO]

Why was this male police officer allowed to be alone with this female?  He had already had one confrontation with her when her and her boyfriend interfered with another arrest at a fast food restaurant.

According to the Denver Post she had spit in the face of a female officer and kicked him in the face. He responded the kick in the face by punching her in her face.  Watch what happens. Read the Denver Post story here.
